Once about 7 or 8 years ago when I bought this house and again in 2021 when selling my house in Austin. Scott is very knowledgable, approachable, and communicates very well. Working with him was an absolute pleasure. This latest time with his help we managed to get our house under contract less than a week from listing and we closed well above asking price with minimal hassle. My only regret is that Scott isn't licensed in the state that we moved to most recently.

When I contacted him via Linkdn one evening I had received a response from him by the time I checked the next morning and we met up that same evening. He made great recommendations on repairs and staging. Once I got the home ready he had it on the market by the end of the day. He is a professional photographer and the photos of my home were amazing. We had an offer within 24 hours. My sale was somewhat complicated and Scott was there to walk me through it each step of the way. Scott was always available via my preferred method of contact, was extremely timely, walked me through the sale, and was very knowledgeable.
